1. No Cancellation After Successful Payment

Once a payment is successfully completed, the transaction cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

All payments made on Since1969Zone are generally final and non-refundable. However, a refund may be considered only in the following cases:

• The payment was deducted but the wallet was not credited due to a verified technical issue.
• The transaction failed but the amount was still deducted and not auto-reversed within the banking timeline.
• A duplicate payment was charged for the same transaction due to a system error.

3. Refund Review Process

All eligible refund requests are subject to verification by our support team. Users may be asked to provide transaction details, payment reference number, amount, and registered account information for validation.

4. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment source or as per the payment partner and bank processing timelines.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• User mistakes while entering payment amount or details.
• Completed transactions where wallet credit and platform access were provided successfully.
• Claims without valid transaction proof.
